I’m offering yoga classes via Zoom, there will be 4 terms a year, each being 10 weeks in duration. There are 4 types of class with a total of 7 classes per week . You choose how many classes fit into your weekly schedule. It can even differ week on week. You can start at any time, not just at the beginning of a term.
Classes are 45/60 or 75 minutes in duration, class credits can be used for any class. The four types of class are as follows:-

You can purchase class membership packs as either Singles, 5 packs, 10 packs or 20 packs. There’s even an Introduction Class free of charge.
Why Zoom Yoga?
Things have recently changed for all of us and perhaps the new normal is already here. Some people will want to come to a live yoga class, but for many the option of taking a class in the safety of their home at a time that is convenient to them will be the sensible thing to do. Live streamed classes will be recorded and can be used later in the day or days ahead.
People often say they are too stiff to do Yoga, but we all are to start with. I can assure you that Gentle Hatha classes are suitable for all levels of student. Learning how to breath and move will ultimately bring a sense of well being to the Mind Body and Soul and yes I know that sounds cliche, but you will be surprised by the impact a regular practice has on the average person.

The "TeamUp Members" app is available on iOS and Android and allows you to view your class schedule, manage registrations, view membership details and attendance history.
