Zoom private yoga classes
Booking a 1-2-1 class via Zoom can be very helpful if you want more in depth support and help to work with particular aspects of your practice. If you are a beginner, coming back to practice after a break or recovering from injury, I can work more closely with you in 1-2-1 environment, exploring movement and techniques tailored to your needs.
Class durations are offered in 30 minute slots at a time that suits you and my teaching schedule.
